  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form opens December 1st, 2024. 

     

    Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form allows you to be considered for federal student aid. In addition, states and colleges use FAFSA information to award their own grants, scholarships, and loans. But, since aid is limited, you don't want to miss the deadline!

     

    WHY IS THE FAFSA IMPORTANT?

    Seniors who complete the FAFSA are 84% more likely to immediately enroll in postsecondary education.

    It provides options to pay for college ( 2-year, 4-year, vocational)

    Max Pell Grant:$7,395 ( 2024-25 award year)

  • THINGS TO KNOW:

    ● Students entering college in Fall 2024 will complete the 2024-25 FAFSA

    ● The 2024-25 FAFSA will be available by December 31st (2023), an exact date has not been announced yet.

    ● The form can be completed at FAFSA.gov

    ● The FAFSA is always FREE to complete!

    ● To prepare for the FAFSA, students can create their FSA ID’s now.
