The Agua Fria District makes facilities available for the use of the community.
Please click on the link to the right for the site you are asking for and complete the Facilities Request Form for consideration of facility usage.
Requests do not guarantee facility usage; there is a process for approval.

Please submit the following: A certificate of insurance shall be provided in the minimum limits of $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injuries and property damage. The applicant agrees to name the District as an “additional insured” on the applicant’s liability policy as respect to the use of District property.
